WHAT ARE THE EVENT HOURS?

Show starts at 9am with an array of activities throughout the day. Doors close at 6pm to the general public.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Parking at the Austin Convention Center is $12 per day. Street parking is also available in surrounding areas at the guest’s expense.

WHAT ABOUT LUNCH?

The Austin Convention Center will have food available for purchase inside the EXPO Hall. Per the venue’s rules, no outside food is allowed.

CAN KIDS GO ALONE?

Children will NOT be admitted into event grounds without a supervising adult. Please read all our Event Attendance Policies on our website.

DO I NEED TO BUY A TICKET IN ADVANCE?

Tickets will be available for sale with Credit Card at the door and subject to $2 service fee. Purchasing tickets in advance is strongly encouraged. We will ONLY accept Credit Cards the day of the event.

DO KIDS NEED TO GET A TICKET?

Children up to 2 years can get in FREE. All other children must purchase a ticket.

I PURCHASED MY TICKET AND NOW CANNOT ATTEND.

Unfortunately, tickets are nontransferable and non-refundable, except in the event of production cancellation. For any service inquiry, please email the production team at info@monemiro.com (please note that Hispanic Alliance (and Soundwaves) and their volunteers are not equipped to handle ticket sales or are responsible for ticket requests, refunds, etc).

WHAT IS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY?

Photography is allowed at the event, although we ask attendees to respect the exhibitors’ requests in the event that they decline photography of their booth.
